Meg, who needs a blog, sends this excellent story about a Surrey family who built a mock-Tudor castle on their agricultural land… and kept it hidden behind haybales. For 4 years. While living in it. Worth reading for the bit about the day the kids’ classes were drawing pictures of their homes…
